At the end of 2024, the gross demand for offices in Mérida reached 14.6 thousand square meters, of which the highest figure was recorded at the end of the 4Q 2024, concentrating 9.3 thousand square meters in transactions.
With this, Mérida presented a growth of 30% in relation to 2023, a year in which demand reached 11.3 thousand square meters, where Orión Business Hub transactions stood out.

In 2024, 74% of the total investments in the Mérida office market corresponded to the sale of spaces, where the submarket that stood out with the highest annual demand was Cabo Norte, which registered 8.3 thousand square meters, highlighting the sale of offices in The Sky and Nubia buildings.
Regarding significant leases, the Montejo submarket registered 3.6 thousand square meters, with the Mid Center building concentrating the largest movement of rents.
