The Chihuahua industrial market registered an average rental price of $7.14 USD per square meter at the end of November, which represents a significant increase of 30% compared to the same month but in 2023.

This was announced by the SOLILI platform and noted that this growth positions the state as one of the most competitive at the national level, occupying fifth place in highest prices, surpassed only by Mexico City, Ciudad Juárez, Tijuana and Tecate.

The Northern Submarket was highlighted as the area with the highest prices, reaching $7.71 USD per square meter, thanks to high-level projects such as those developed by Intermex in the Carolina Industrial Park, which offers class A buildings with immediate availability.

In addition, the market faces a limited supply of class A properties, which has contributed to pushing prices up.
