Chihuahua's Northern Corridor reports an increase in industrial demand

Between January and August 2024, the industrial market in Chihuahua has registered a demand of more than 40 thousand square meters in the Northern submarket, positioning this area as the one with the highest industrial demand in the city.

Fibra Nova plays a crucial role in attracting investments to the city, with almost 35 thousand square meters leased. Its new project, the Bafar Norte Industrial Complex, has sparked great interest among companies looking to establish themselves in the market.

Companies such as Regal Rexnord are an example of the interest in expanding in Chihuahua, occupying a new building of almost 12 thousand square meters. Another case is Lynns Concepts, which has decided to establish itself in the Chihuahua Industrial Complex, also located in the Northern submarket.

The Norte submarket has a significant industrial offer. For example, the developer Intermex offers more than 25 thousand square meters of class A available for immediate lease in Carolina Industrial Park, which adds an additional attraction for the prompt arrival of investments.

Institutional developers such as Fibra Nova, American Industries, Intermex, among others, are expected to continue betting on Chihuahua, attracting investments thanks to the diverse industrial offer and the optimal infrastructure that they themselves offer.
