In July 2024 alone, the South submarket promoted new projects, highlighting the developer Intermex, which began the construction of two speculative buildings with a total of almost 25 thousand square meters in the Intermex Sur Industrial Park, joining the industrial offer of the market.

Currently, more than 150 thousand square meters are under development within the South submarket, where the recent developments of new parks in the city stand out. These include Vesta with Vesta Park Juárez Oriente, Centinela Property with Independencia Sur, MEOR with Hubs Park Juárez Independencia, Fibra Nova with Parque Industrial Bafar, among others.

Among the future investments expected in the Southern submarket  is the development of Fibra Nova's second industrial park. This project, called Parque Industrial Bafar II, will have top-notch infrastructure and various industrial warehouses intended to attract national and international investments.

Despite the current situation in Ciudad Juárez, developers continue to trust in the recovery of the market. This is reflected in the positive behavior of demand. Although the figures of a year ago are not reached, developers have begun the construction of speculative warehouses to attract investments to the state of Chihuahua.
