Airport Industrial submarket concentrate 74% of leasing activity in Querétaro

The airport industrial submarket captured the largest volume of investment in the first quarter of 2025, accounting for 74% of industrial warehouse leasing activity.

Industrial space occupied during the January-March 2025 period ranged in area from 3,000 to 40,000 square meters in the market's main industrial parks. Demand has been sustained by companies in key sectors such as the electrical, electronics, automotive, and logistics industries, primarily.
