El Salto Corridor is positioned as the epicenter of industrial development in Jalisco

The four key aspects that make the State of Jalisco an attractive destination for nearshoring are: excellent connectivity, qualified labor, growth of industrial parks and an ecosystem suitable for sectors such as manufacturing.

This was highlighted by Bruno Martínez, CEO of Kampus Desarrollos and president of the Association of Industrial Parks of the State of Jalisco (APIEJ), in an analysis by Solili and added that the expansion of the Guadalajara International Airport also plays a crucial role since it will double its logistical transport load.

According to Apiej analysis, the Salto corridor has shown impressive growth, going from 900 thousand square meters in 2017 to 2 million square meters currently.

The El Salto corridor continues to be the most attractive in the Guadalajara market, concentrating 100% of the transactions of the quarter, the most significant movement involved a Class A property of 38 thousand square meters, in addition the same corridor leads the construction starts of the whole city.
