El Florido-Boulevard 2000 submarket will expand Tijuana's industrial footprint with new projects

Industrial developers in the Tijuana market do not stop and remain in a constant process to build new buildings. Industrial construction for the end of September 2024 reports a figure of 410 thousand square meters throughout the entire city.

The arrival of new investments is expected to strongly expand the industrial footprint of the Tijuana industrial market. About 10 projects are on the horizon to be launched in the coming quarters.

In the El Florido-Boulevard 2000 submarket, the development of the next phase of Parque Sur is expected, by Vía Capital, with 3 warehouses that would total more than 85 thousand square meters in speculative developments.

Likewise, the El Florido region will host a new industrial park called Monteverde Industrial Park, which will have 4 buildings, of which one is already in the process of earthing.

The same submarket awaits the start of construction of phase 2 of the HubsPark El Valle industrial park of more than 30 thousand meters, where work is currently underway on the first stage of the project with a building of more than 49 thousand square meters. 

Other industrial parks are coming, such as Gate Pacific, developed by REi, who plan to develop more than 33 thousand square meters. In turn, El Florido-Boulevard 2000 will also see the arrival of a second phase for the Piedras Blancas industrial park, consisting of two new buildings that will total nearly 14 thousand square meters.
