The city of Puebla has two projects in the process of construction concentrated in the Angelópolis corridor, together they will be adding 18 thousand square meters to the corporate inventory

These projects are Torre Valda, which combines residential use with a floor for offices, and Downtown Puebla, which will be a mainly commercial mixed-use building with corporate spaces.

The Puebla corporate market has an inventory that reaches 387 thousand square meters. At the end of May 2024, the vacancy rate reported 25.6%.

At the end of May 2024, Puebla registered 99 thousand vacant square meters and compared to previous quarters we can observe a stable market, but on the path to growth taking into account the large commercial companies that are yet to arrive, coupled with the fact that it has its surroundings a growing industrial market and its proximity to the metropolitan area of Mexico City.
