Querétaro leads industrial construction in the Bajío region, with 334 thousand square meters under development, distributed in 18 industrial warehouses in key parks such as the Parque Industrial Querétaro (PIQ), Kaizen, Parque Querétaro Aeropuerto and Puerta Querétaro.
Guanajuato remains in construction. Currently, 15 warehouses are being built, covering a total of 273 thousand square meters in various industrial parks in the State, including Castro del Río, Skyplus, PILBA and the new Urban Industrial Park León.

Aguascalientes has shown notable growth in industrial construction, with 86 thousand square meters under development, driven by major developers such as Vesta and Finsa. This growth is mainly concentrated in key industrial parks such as Vesta Park I and Finsa Aguascalientes.
San Luis Potosí reports 11 industrial warehouses under construction, with a total of 166 thousand square meters in the Millennium, Tres Naciones, Vynmsa Industrial Park, Logistik and WTC2 Industrial Parks.
