Investments in Mexico's industrial real estate sector continue to rise, with gross demand reaching 1.5 million square feet in the second quarter of 2024. In response to this growing demand, developers are accelerating the construction of new projects to meet the needs of the market.

During the second quarter of 2024, the industrial project construction sector in Mexico shows notable dynamism, with a total of 5.5 million square meters in progress nationwide. This growth reflects a significant boost in construction activity, evidencing a robust expansion in the country's industrial infrastructure.

The northern region of Mexico stands out as a leader in industrial construction, concentrating 50% of the properties under development nationwide. In contrast, the Bajío region represents 18% of the construction in the country.
