At the end of February 2025, the construction of industrial buildings in Guanajuato is located in a range of 247 thousand square meters, 23% less than what was under construction in the same period but in 2024.

There are currently 13 industrial projects under construction, of which 47% are available, diversifying the offer that the market presents both in location and services, which range in size from two thousand square meters to 70 thousand square meters.

These constructions are carried out in the industrial parks; ParqueSur American Industries, Castro del Río, Guanajuato Park, Santa Fe Puerto Interior, Sky Plus, Urban Industrial Park León, among others.

Construction starts so far in 2025 have been slow, coupled with political and commercial uncertainty resulting from the implementation of tariffs by the United States, so developers are waiting to invest in new projects.
