This is why the construction of industrial warehouses in the market has doubled compared to the first half of 2023. With more than 1 million square meters in industrial construction, Mexico City reaches its historical maximum during the 2nd quarter of 2024.

During the first six months of the year, industrial developers began the construction of 16 warehouses, with a total of 630 thousand square meters classified as class A, that is, high quality infrastructure that is expected to be completed during the second half of the year. and at the beginning of 2025.
The Cuautitlán submarket leads the start of construction thanks to the availability of industrial land and its proximity to the city center. Notable projects such as Logistics Center Cuautitlán, Buró Logistik, Panorama Industrial Nodin and Logicenter Diamante concentrate nearly 200 thousand square meters under construction.
Construction is also reported in the Tultitlán submarket in the Danhos Cuautitlán and TultePark industrial parks with approximately 220 thousand square meters that began during the first months of the year.
In the case of Toluca, 60 thousand square meters of warehouses under construction were reported in the industrial parks of Toluca Park III, Las Plazas II and Logicenter Lerma.
