Office construction in Querétaro reaches 35 thousand square meters

Over the course of a year, the Querétaro office market has seen a 3.6% growth in its total inventory, which to date is 720 thousand square meters, which are concentrated mainly in the Centro Sur submarket, 5 de Febrero and Juriquilla.

In addition to the buildings that are already in operation, developers continue to expand in this market, so construction currently has almost 35 thousand square meters of buildings that are under development.

The Centro Sur submarket, which concentrates 34.9% of the total office inventory, currently has two buildings under construction that add up to 15 thousand square meters, of which only Cápita Sur has advanced in its works. In turn, it has approximately 60 thousand square meters in important projects that have not yet been detonated, such as High Park Tower II, Momentum Work, as well as some of those that have not yet been announced, such as C717 Tower I and II.

On the other hand, 5 de febrero, the second submarket with the largest inventory, has pending the Class B building CN1303 of 2 thousand square meters, which is currently stopped but the developers hope to continue it at any time.

Juriquilla, for its part, has two important buildings under construction that add up to 18 thousand square meters, these are Xentric District and Level Work Tower II, the latter of which is estimated to be completed this year. Among the buildings in the planning stage is WTC Juriquilla Torre V, which is the closest to starting construction. However, there are buildings for which there is no certainty regarding the execution of the project, such as Tomi Tore, which was announced some time ago but about which there has been no news.
