The interest that developers are showing to develop new projects in the Guadalajara industrial market continues to increase. At the end of October, 15 buildings are under construction, with a total of 473 thousand m², of which 40% are available.

Currently, developers such as Parks, G-Industrial, Plataforma Park, Kampus Desarrollos, Aliah Developments, among others, are those who are in the construction of these new industrial buildings.
The industrial submarket that accounts for the largest number of constructions is El Salto with 83%, followed by the Lopez Mateos Sur submarket with 14% and finally Zapopan Norte with 3% respectively.
The new projects are carried out in industrial parks; El Salto Park III, Plataforma Park, Parque Industrial El Salto, Flex Park, Nextipark, Kampus Santa Rosa 2, Centro Logístico Jalisco, among others.
