Ware Malcomb announced that the construction of Vesta Park Querétaro, located at Camino Nativitas km 80, has been completed.
The international design firm was in charge of the master plan for the development of the industrial park made up of 15 warehouses and buildings.
In addition, it provided architecture, interior design and branding services for the office tower, two warehouses and the access booth.
“We are very pleased with the results. They demonstrate our commitment to innovation and sustainability to become a benchmark in Latin America”, said Lorenzo D. Berho, CEO of Vesta.
With the aim of creating significant experiences that connect the public with the culture and the brand, graphics, exterior and interior signage, and orientation systems were designed.

Vesta Park Querétaro joins the trend of flexible spaces and includes a corporate building of 700 square meters, where the structure is made up of a ground floor, a mezzanine and an interior office space.
In line with the workspace trends of the last two years, this latest one incorporates a flexible and user-centric design.
In this way, it includes a reception area, an open workstation with collaborative environments, and meeting rooms of various sizes that become private areas.
“Its amenities and aesthetics make it the perfect place for cutting-edge companies to call home. We are proud of the results,” said Andrés Galvis, director of Ware Malcomb Latin America.

It should be noted that the project recently won the Gold Medal of the XI CIDI BIENNIAL in the category of industrial interiors.
To date, Ware Malcomb has worked with Vesta on more than 75 projects totaling more than 1.5 million square meters in Mexico.
Despite the economic conditions at the national level, it is estimated that the real estate industry in Querétaro continues to present profitability and capital gains greater than that of the rest of the entities.
The automotive corridor alone has attracted more than 1,600 service providers and maquiladoras, which makes the state attractive for developments such as Vesta Park Querétaro.
According to the 2021 Automotive Investment Report, it was the fourth place nationally with the largest number of investments captured in said industry.
