With an investment of 22.5 million dollars, the Emerson company will build its new plant in the Bafar Norte Industrial Complex in the city of Chihuahua. This complex is expected to generate around 600 direct jobs.

Emerson already operates a plant, which provides employment to more than 700 Chihuahuans and with this expansion reaffirms its confidence in the state as a key destination for investments.

Ulises Fernández Gamboa, head of the Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development (SIDE) mentioned that Chihuahua has become synonymous with productivity, progress and development, and it is a source of pride that a leading company like Emerson continues to invest in developing new industrial fields in the state.
