Grupo Arhe laid the first stone of the new real estate project in Mazatlán: Stelarhe, a mega tower with a residential plus concept that will receive an investment of 86 million dollars.

The development will take place at the foot of Avenida Del Mar, between Calle Hamm and Rafael Domínguez; with a height of 135.25 meters and a total of 46 thousand 146 square meters of construction.

Due to its location, the project is expected to be a trigger for development and work in the port; at the moment it is estimated that it will generate 35 direct jobs and 450 indirect jobs during its construction.

For his part, Juan José Arellano Hernández, president of the Arhe Group, assured that the developer will continue with the creation of projects that make Mazatlán shine, with the aim that Sinaloa becomes one of the most competitive entities.

According to the firm, Stelarhe aims to become a new real estate concept that welcomes national and international tourism with open arms.

The project will consist of a 30-story tower, as well as two towers with 194 residences and eight penthouses. In addition, it will have three panoramic pools, one of them 110 meters high.

The firm announced that the residences will have from one to four bedrooms, there will be three areas of amenities, and will offer vacation rentals.
