Arturo Bañuelos, executive vice president of the company's Project and Development Management Division, assured that it is no secret to anyone that climate change and the deterioration of the environment are causing concern worldwide, and many sectors of the economy are taking measures to impact directly with solutions to this problem.
"Specifically, the real estate sector has been working for some years, seeking to generate sustainable buildings, for which various strategies have been designed in the construction and adoption of technology," he reiterated.

The LEED certification was born with the aim of creating a collective ecological awareness and includes the following modalities: LEED Certificate, LEED Silver, LEED Gold and LEED Platinum in: water saving, reduction of CO2 emissions, improved indoor environmental quality, materials management , recycling and environmental impact on the construction site.
Finally, the JLL manager mentioned that the possession of the LEED certificate is much more than a simple title, "it is giving the environment the respect it deserves and, ultimately, the creation of a better future for all".
