Cemex, one of the largest cement producers internationally, will pay the first payment of a dividend equivalent to 0.000689 dollars per share on June 18.

Said payment corresponds to approximately 0.01265 pesos per share, based on the current exchange rate, CPO holders will receive approximately 0.002067 dollars per CPO and ADS holders will receive approximately 0.02067 dollars for each of them in the first payment of the cash dividend .

During the month of last March, Cemex shareholders approved the payment of a cash dividend of 120 million dollars, which will be distributed in four exhibitions scheduled for June 18, September 17, December 11 of the year current and March 11, 2025.

The declared dividend comes from Cemex's Tax Profit Account generated until December 31, 2013, the company added in its official statement.
