Mexico City (CDMX) has achieved an urban and business dynamic that attracts investors, creating its own cosmopolitan trend, which positions it as a benchmark for large and medium-sized companies, for the local and international market.
CDMX has a strong growth in the service sector, which represents around 90% of the total GDP, which is explained by the high population density (21.5 million inhabitants) that makes it the largest metropolitan area in North America.

Despite the ravages left by the 2020 health crisis caused by Covid-19, and the discouraging scenario for growth in 2022 and 2023 due to high inflation, the capital will continue walking in green numbers thanks to the creation of new companies, highlighting technology companies and the demand for bank financing.
The growth and investment in transport and environmental technologies allows the profile of the city to improve on the world stage, offering investors and entrepreneurs opportunities to do lasting businesses given the diversity of the population and the constantly growing road network. Also the development of housing and shopping centers; as well as economic and fiscal support, within a clear regulatory framework, promotes growth.
Opportunities are also added by rescuing old industrial zones such as Vallejo, which will increase the added value of the area, strengthening the greater presence of high-tech companies and the investment of multinational corporations.

At the same time, the city has become a networking center, with multiple weekly events that connect investors and entrepreneurs, using new financing channels. In just three years, new investment vehicles have funded close to 200 technology companies in Mexico City, and in the last five years a wide range of new companies have been born, many of them focused on payments and remittances, personal financial management, crowdfunding and loans.
