“It is the genuine interest we have in Canadevi. And we are also interested in seeing the form and see where we can detonate this house of up to 700 thousand pesos; which is where the greatest potential demand of the population and the people who can aspire to a home in the municipality is. It is an important challenge that will force us to be dynamic, to think about different projects ”.
For the creation of houses in the downtown area of the city, polygons such as Parque Morelos and Parque Agua Azul are contemplated; as well as the area of the Two Temples.

Similarly, a rights transfer scheme is proposed. That is, that the owners of the historic farms located in the area can transfer the right to the Land Use Coefficient (CUS) that they are wasting; Whoever acquires said rights may use it in areas where it is permitted by current regulations on urban development.
Finally, it will be encouraged that in the vertical developments in the Historic Center, underground parking lots are not built; rather, they are built on the upper level of the sidewalk, based on what is stipulated by the applicable regulations. This will make it possible to take care of the water tables and reduce the cost of housing.
