He argued that the 59 affiliated developers need certainty regarding the availability of land to carry out medium-term planning, making it clear that the only investment option for them is vertical supply due to the rising cost of the properties.

“To make better use of the land reserves, the ideal is to make apartments, because the growth of the metropolitan area is increasingly limited, and generating subdivisions with low-income houses is not profitable for the builder and the buyer would be more expensive a lot, whose credit would not reach him ”, he deepened.
