Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), an automotive company of Canadian origin, inaugurated its new Machining Center for North America in Querétaro, an expansion that will generate 100 permanent jobs for operational and administrative personnel.

This new BRP complex is located in the Querétaro Industrial Park, which has four main production units: Compounds Manufacturing Center (CFC); production of the cover and hull for Sea-Doo personal watercraft; North American Machining Center; as well as aluminum machining for Rotax engine crankshaft, block, head and transmission covers or Rotax Engine Assembly or Sea-Doo Watercraft Assembly.

In his speech, the director of the BRP Querétaro Plant, Mario Geberthusber, pointed out that with the creation of the Machining Center, the manufacturing production of parts of the company expands, which is dedicated to the production of motorized vehicles for recreation and motorcycles. aquatic.

For his part, the vice president and Global Manager of Manufacturing and Operations of BRP, Patrick Dussault, highlighted that this complex has state-of-the-art equipment such as smooth machining, induction heat treatment, grinding, polishing and assembly to manufacture aluminum parts that are the heart of the engines.
