At the end of November 2021, the German technology company confirmed an investment plan in this region, which would have a capital injection of 74 million euros for the implementation of the IPB (Integrated Power Brake) system, which integrates ESP technology (Electronic Stability System) and an electronic brake in a single module.

Mohammed Abraham, regional president of chassis systems in North America for Bosch, stated that with this new project the company strengthens its mobility business with another next-generation component and reaffirms its commitment to the Mexican plant.

The Bosch Aguascalientes Plant began operations 28 years ago and currently has more than 1,100 associates who work at the site dedicated to the manufacture of technologies such as iBooster, ABS and ESP.
