Bendix Solutions is a company of American origin that has its headquarters in Elyria, Ohio, and has more than 30 years of experience in Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila, where they have installed three production plants; In addition, it has a technological research and development center in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and a distribution center in Mexico City.
The company is dedicated to the design and manufacture of braking systems, active safety components through innovative tools for heavy vehicles such as trailers, buses, tractors, among others.
Jacqueline Pérez, Bendix operations manager in Acuña, highlighted that the solutions offered by the company help fleets operate in a safer and more reliable way.

The company has three plants of 16,722 square meters, 15,800 square meters and 6,970 square meters and has 2,000 employees.
Bendix transforms the raw material received, the assembly process and assembles the components to start with their distribution, whether they are valves or braking systems. Its products are exported directly to the United States, Canada, Germany and Australia.
The company has high technology for treatment plants, innovative tools and processes, in addition to the participation of highly trained employees to achieve this achievement.
Each year they produce between 200 to 300 thousand components, which also include valves, high-performance solenoids and assembled manifolds, which are distributed in the American continent, mainly to the United States and Canada, which is equivalent to 91% of their total production, while in Europe they sell only 8% and in Oceania the remaining 1%, in this way they spread their stamp throughout the world.

Their supply comes mainly from Ohio, where they have their corporate headquarters and a plant that is responsible for processing the raw material to be able to supply the necessary material to the three factories in Coahuila, 85% is supply that comes from America in 50%, 35% are segmented from the United States and 15% are obtained in Mexico, while 45% of their materials are imported from Asia, of which 30% originates from China, 10% from India and 5% from Taiwan. The other remaining 5% is purchased in Europe.
Bendix plans to continue growing in Acuña mainly, due to its ease in logistics to North America, but they will also seek to do so in the rest of the country, since in their distribution center in Mexico City they are optimizing their operations to be able to increase their sales in Centro and South America.
