The warehouse under construction will have the LEED Silver certification, which guarantees efficiency in the use of energy and water, waste management and indoor air quality, the facilities supported the production of state-of-the-art Gulfstream aircraft, which use sustainable aviation fuels, thus reinforcing the environmental commitment between both companies.
The financial credit was for 54.7 dollars, with a term of 10 years and adapted to the construction needs of the project. This financing highlights the capacity of the financial institution in Mexico to structure innovative credits in the industrial real estate sector.
