For Zamora Rubio, it is necessary to build 27,000 homes that can help formal workers who do not have their own assets.

On the other hand, the president of the Tijuana National Chamber of the Housing Development and Promotion Industry (Canadevi), José Alejandro Jiménez López, pointed out the importance of rethinking current housing models.

The president invited developers to redensify Tijuana, following the example of other cities such as Querétaro, Monterrey or Guadalajara.
