Avery Denisson inaugurates its largest plant in the state of Querétaro

Avery Denisson, a world leader in the manufacture of smart labels, inaugurated its new plant in the State of Querétaro, with an investment of more than 3.5 billion pesos and the direct creation of 938 jobs.

This facility is the company's largest and strengthens the digital identification industry and Mexico's position as a key player in the production of smart labels and RFID technology.

The new plant extends over a 50,000 square meter plot of land, of which 25 thousand m2 are construction, with a size equivalent to five soccer fields, the facility operates with three shifts and will have advanced automation and artificial intelligence technologies.

Julie Vargas, vice president and general manager of identification solutions at Avery Dennison, highlighted that the company, with almost 90 years of history, continues to lead innovation in RFID technology, with more than 1,500 registered patents.
