The government of Mexico City approved the construction of 17 real estate projects located on Reforma Avenue and its extension.
This initiative has been promoted with the objective of strengthening the economic development of the capital, since the construction sector generates a dynamic effect in the country.
Interested developers had to submit urban impact studies and the corresponding urban integration measures before July 15 of this year at the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (SEDUVI).
According to Solili, some of the projects were paralyzed, others are existing Class B and C buildings that may be modified. While others had not yet started work.
Of the total projects, seven are located in Colonia Juárez and three more in Colonia Cuauhtémoc. The rest are located in various areas along the emblematic CDMX road.

The Torre Reforma Colón, on Reforma 76, follows earthworks for foundations. It is a mixed-use complex developed by Grupo Sordo Madaleno.
It has five towers built in two stages, it will have a total corporate profitable net area of 120 thousand square meters.
Reforma 156, by Fibra Uno, is a Class B building of 15,552 square meters, with 20 levels and standard floors of 768 square meters.
Impera Reforma, on Paseo de la Reforma 336, is currently under arrest, previously it had been suspended. It has 33 thousand 705 square meters of net area and 47 floors.
Paseo Reforma 397 is an existing building classified as Class C. It has one thousand 80 square meters of net profitable area and 270 square meters of plant on 6 floors.
"Until the end of August there were no reports of movement, so we hope they will start soon," said Solili.
Corporativo Reforma 445 or Torre Aeroméxico is detained for public consultation. The building will have 30 thousand square meters of net area, distributed in 46 stories high.
Although there is machinery in the area where the building will be erected, the platform indicated that it is inactive, since reactivation has not been reported.

Downtown Reforma, on Reforma 95, is a mixed-use project from developer Be Grand. It features advances in steel structure up to the 10th floor.
With a net area of 35,133 square meters and plants of 3,200 square meters and 50 levels.
In general terms, it is expected that, during the last quarters of 2021, earthworks and buildings will continue in their various degrees of progress.
"This represents an important boost, not only to the construction, but to the urban environment of Reforma to the northeast that contained all the infrastructure elements to detonate," concluded Solili.
