The shortage of industrial land in the country's capital has caused investment in new projects to be directed to industrial submarkets such as Zumpango and Huehuetoca. Together, these submarkets started 350 thousand square meters of industrial warehouses, representing 32% of the total buildings started during 2024.
This phenomenon reflects a strategic shift towards areas with greater availability of land and less saturation, driving industrial development in peripheral areas.
