The supply of industrial properties in the Querétaro market grows

Querétaro has closed the month of August with a vacant industrial supply of 290 thousand square meters, which represents a vacancy rate of 3.8% of industrial warehouses ready to be occupied.

Compared to the previous year, Querétaro has reported an increase in the industrial vacancy rate of 1.4%, as a result of the reactivation of industrial projects promoted by local developers.
