Ford's global CEO, Jim Farley, and the Governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo del Mazo, will inaugurate Ford's Global Technology and Business Center (GTBC), the largest of the three complexes of this type that the firm has on a global level.
But beware, that the immense investment that this avant-garde facility implies is located in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, thanks to the capabilities offered by Latiz, a fully planned megaproject, developed by Artha Capital, which in a Master Plan of 190 hectares, reflects the vision of the future of real estate development, as a factor in the construction of social, economic, environmental and urban competitiveness.

Ford's new complex reflects that the ability to attract investment from a country, a region, a city or a part of it, is inevitably anchored in the quality of the real estate assets that they can take advantage of.
In this case, the new Ford complex is a monster of innovation that represents the future of workspaces, and with offices, one of the largest engineering centers in Latin America and top-level amenities, it will house up to 9,000 employees in a format of hybrid work, of which more than 4,000 occupy the brand new facilities in face-to-face mode.
The complex will be fully sustainable, with zero waste standards, zero discharge, storm drainage systems and smart lighting. And it will also have 4.2 hectares of protected natural green area by Ford.
