The submarket that reported the highest occupation of industrial space during the month of January were Irapuato - Abasolo with 20 thousand square meters and Silao - León with 7 thousand square meters.

The largest transaction carried out during the month of January 2025 was a Class A property of 13 thousand square meters. The leasing activity took place mainly in the parks Santa Fé Puerto Interior, JGN Celaya II, Castro del Río, to name a few.
