With an investment of 1,572 million pesos, the first stone of the Industrialix Industrial Park in Querétaro was laid.
It is a complex of industrial warehouses in the municipality of Corregidora that, with an additional investment potential of five billion pesos, will become the epicenter of the entity's sustainable growth, according to the statement.

The park will cover an area of 122 hectares, it will be located on the side of Highway 45 Quota Querétaro - Celaya Km. 0+912, in the municipality of Corregidora.
Before the arrival of this project, Mauricio Kuri González, governor of the entity, thanked the trust of the Realix Estates group for betting on the economic dynamism of the region.
“Querétaro is growing a lot, they are really going to do very well and I hope they do very well… in Querétaro they will have all the conditions to do well and thus be able to fight poverty, really thank you very much for the confidence," said Kuri González.

For his part, Héctor Francisco Mendoza Pesquera, CEO of Realix, explained that the company is designed to meet the demand for new industrial spaces in the urban area of the city of Querétaro.
All this with “the cutting-edge infrastructure that production and distribution companies worldwide demand today; and with sustainability criteria for environmental care, water and conservation of endemic species”.
