Antavia Luxury Mall is a mixed-use complex that will have 61 floors and could be the tallest residential building in Mexico, since it is estimated to be more than 300 meters high.

Located in Atlixco, Puebla, this 400 thousand square meter project, designed by the architect Ricardo Díaz, will consist of four towers that began to be built in 2019.

The highest will be the Sky Tower, with a height yet to be defined, followed closely by the Luxury Tower and finally two residential towers. In the lower base a luxury shopping center will be located.

According to the official site of the project, it will have different amenities such as: a corporate area with luxury services, children's areas, cinemas, play areas for young people, bars and restaurants for adults, premises for boutique shops and even its own heliport.

The project seeks the fusion between the traditional Mexican plaza with parks and fountains and the flow of a conventional shopping center.

It will have mirrors of water and abundant vegetation to ensure the permanence of visitors, satisfying the need for entertainment and service.

The upper structure will protect the visitor at all times from the weather, but giving a feeling of being outside, allowing the correct passage of light for the development of the vegetation.
