The municipality of Apodaca continues to position itself as the industrial capital of Nuevo León, and as an example, the laying of the first stone of the American Industries II park was carried out, which will attract more investment.

It was reported that in this space the installation of around 10 warehouses that will house about 15 different companies will be presented, which in turn would generate just over seven thousand new jobs.

Likewise, the added value of the new industrial park was highlighted, as it is in a place with an industrial vocation, which allows companies to be close to various suppliers, have professionals and qualified labor.

In addition, the connectivity that the companies have was highlighted due to the two airports and strategic communication routes that the city has, together with the facilities and procedures carried out by the Apodaca and Nuevo León governments.

According to the Solili real estate platform, the demand during the first two months of the year, mostly speculative, was concentrated in 45% on the Apodaca corridor, which reinforces the selection of this area where services converge, connectivity with equidistance to the main industrial corridors in Monterrey.
