Scotiabank and Fovissste alliance will benefit the beneficiaries

According to the Housing Fund, this agreement seeks to implement a competitive mortgage offer to meet the needs of thousands of state workers who will be able to obtain a mortgage loan through “Fovissste para Todos”.

Terms of 7 to 20 years

It is worth mentioning that to be a beneficiary of this financing scheme, it is not necessary to comply with the points system established by the institution, which is why it is faster to process just by going to one of the Scotiabank branches.

In this way, borrowers can obtain up to 4.8 million pesos, with terms of 7 to 20 years to pay it, and they can also make advance payments without penalty. The loans financed with a term of 7 and 10 years will have a rate of 7.5 percent, while for those of 15 years it will be 8% and for those of 20 years it will be 8.3 percent.

In this context, the deputy director of Credit of Fovissste, Salvador Arriscorreta Maldonado, pointed out that Scotiabank is the second banking institution to join the 'Fovissste for All ”scheme, through which more than 10,000 workers have benefited, with a spill economic for the sector of more than 11 thousand 200 million pesos.

Finally, the vice president of Mortgage and Automotive Credit at Scotiabank, Paulina Prieto, highlighted that through Fovissste para Todos-Scotiabank the same rate will be maintained for schemes where there is additional verifiable income or in the event that one of the spouses is not a worker of the Condition.
