“This progress is the result of the tripartite work carried out to meet a latent demand of the workers for credits for the Acquisition of Residential Land; as well as the mandate to grant financing that allows them to obtain cheap and sufficient credit to buy land and build their homes.”

The representative of the labor sector explained that the rate agreed for the scheme will go from 6 to 8%; In addition, he explained, like other schemes of the agency, capital payments can be made to finish paying the credit in less time.
“The idea of a loan to acquire land is attractive to all profiles and should be a help, an ally in their search for well-being. Among the characteristics of this scheme, it stands out in a low interest rate, between 6 and 8%; In addition, they will have the possibility of making capital payments to reduce the term, which can be for a maximum of 15 years and it is only necessary to give a down payment of between 20% and 30%”.
