“Our forecast for the market is somewhat positive because we already have important investments waiting that will demand industrial space and surely the remainder of the following quarters of this year will have a better performance. There are data centers, automotive and aerospace companies that are trying to find a niche to develop and logistics companies that are looking in the state, "he said.

Although throughout the health contingency the local market has been affected with a drop in the demand for manufacturing space, the forecast is that it will improve progressively.

Even in the first quarter of 2021, the entity exhibits decreases in the placement of industrial surface, derived from an increase in the vacancy of spaces, largely due to the decision of manufacturing companies to reduce their surfaces for various reasons, including relocating to other markets .

Therefore, the recovery projections are evoked by the new projects to materialize in the state, after a year of pandemic by Covid-19 and the effects that the health emergency had on the vacant space.
