In October 2024, the Ciénega de Flores submarket stood out by concentrating 60% of the total construction starts in Monterrey, with more than 129 thousand square meters in new constructions.

Custom projects played a key role in the square footage volume started during the month. The total figure was driven by the start of the first phase of the Volvo project in Ciénega de Flores, along with another notable project of 35 thousand square meters destined for Amazon, also located in the same submarket.
