The expansion responds to the solid demand in the production of SUVs in North America and increases the production capacity of the plant abbreviated as SRK-QRO by 1.5 times, which will go from having a production area of 12 to 22 thousand square meters. Mass production of anti-vibration rubbers in the expansion is scheduled to start in December 2023.

After starting operations, the production level will increase and the full operation of the expansion is scheduled for after fiscal year 2024.
